During each visit, our licensed technicians perform a detailed, zone-by-zone evaluation to identify issues, optimize performance, and ensure proper operation. Repairs and replacements are quoted separately, so you always know what's included. 

What We Inspect and Adjust

• Zone-by-Zone Run Through: Each irrigation zone is activated and tested individually. We observe water pressure, coverage, and sprinkler performance.
• Sprinkler Head Adjustments: We realign spray patterns for proper head-to-head coverage, ensuring water isn't wasted on driveways, fences, or structures.
• Leak Detection: We check visible leaks or signs of underground issues
• Coverage Evaluation: We look for dry spots, pooling water, and inconsistent spray patterns that indicate inefficiencies. 

• Controller Review: We verify controller programming for proper watering times and days and make schedule recommendations based on season and landscape needs.
• Rain Sensor Check: We test the rain or freeze sensor to ensure it's pausing irrigation when conditions don't require watering. 
• System Efficiency Recommendations: We identify any bad installation practices or outdated components that may be wasting water or reducing coverage. ​ 

Repairs, replacements, or parts are not included in a standard inspection or tune-up. Any issues found will be clearly discussed with the customer before any additional work is performed. ​
